Light Apple Dessert

INGREDIENTS:

5 apples

7 dcl of water

2 tablespoons of ground walnuts

2 vanilla puddings

1 vanilla sugar

3 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of rum

Several cloves

Ceylon cinnamon

 

 

PREPARATION:

Sliced apples pour approximately with 7 dcl of water. Then add a few cloves and a spoonful of sugar and cook all together until apple softens. Then strain the apples, place them in a baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. From the hot water in which you cooked the apples, remove cloves and cook two vanilla puddings. While mixing, add two tablespoons of ground walnuts, two or more tablespoon of brown sugar (depending on how sweet you like it), vanilla sugar, rum and cinnamon. Within minutes, the mixture will be cooked and then pour over the apples with the mixture and leave it to cool down. When dessert is cold enough and compressed it is time to taste it!
