American Vegan and Gluten-Free Pancakes with Royal Sauce

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

Pancakes: 100 grams of rice flour, 150 grams of buckwheat, 3 ½ dcl vanilla soy milk, 1 ripe banana
Dressing: 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 ripe bananas, two dates, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 dl of vanilla milk
Mixture to put between the pancakes: 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

PREPARATION:

Mix very well the flour, soy milk and crushed banana. Heat the pan with a tablespoon of oil and put about half soup ladle of mixture on the pan (do not disperse). Turn the pancake on the other side after about one minute, or after the occurrence of bubbles on top of pancakes. Bake all the pancakes and share them evenly on two plates. Spread on each pancake half a teaspoon of peanut butter and put on it 3-4 thin slices of sliced bananas. Stack the pancakes one on another. Place the ingredients in a blender for the dressing and blend for about 30 seconds until you get a creamy dressing. Pour the stack of pancakes with chocolate sauce.
