Summer Fruit Chia

INGREDIENTS:

300ml of almond milk (or other plant milk)

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

A little bit of stevia powder

1 kiwi

1 banana

1/2 orange

Several strawberries

Several blackberries

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Mix chia seeds, milk and stevia and set it aside for at least 20 minutes. It is recommended to mix in a shaker with a steel ball few times. Once you obtain a nice mixture, pour it in a bowl and add the fruit.
And that's it, enjoy your meal!
