Spaghetti Carbonara

INGREDIENTS:

500 g spaghetti

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon margarine or oil

handful finely chopped parsley

200 ml water

150 g soya mince

500 ml soya milk

2 tablespoons flour

salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Mince garlic. Melt margarine in a pan and sauté garlic until golden. Add parsley. Add soya mince to boiling water. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Mix soy milk and flour. Add them into the pan. Add spices and simmer for 3 more minutes.
