Oat Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups oats

1 cups bran

1 head cabbage

3 tablespoons homemade Vegeta

thyme, dill, basil

 

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cover the oats with 6 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes. Add the Vegeta, herbs and bran.
Destalk the cabbage leaves and blanch with boiling water to soften. Place the filling onto the leaves and shape into small rolls. Place the rolls onto a greased baking sheet and bake in 150°C (300°F) oven for 30 minutes.
