Oyster Mushrooms Cabbage Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

40 dag oyster mushrooms

1 head sauerkraut

1 onion, 2 garlic cloves

4 tablespoons oil

15 dag rice

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon bread crumbs

red pepper

salt, pepper, parsley

 

 

PREPARATION:

Fry finely chopped onion and garlic on 2 tablespoons of heated oil, add cleaned and chopped oyster mushrooms and simmer while stirring. Add salt and pepper, leave mushrooms to cool. When cooled, add washed rice, bread crumbs and chopped parsley. Wrap mixture in sauerkraut leaves. Place rolls in a pot where you sautéed flour and red pepper on oil. Add a little bit of water, add more salt if needed and cook on low heat for about 1 hour.
