Cabbage Pie

INGREDIENTS:

30 dg strudel crusts

1 kg cabbage

2 cups of millet

4 spoonfuls of Vegeta

oregano, coriander

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cut cabbage into strips and pour hot water over it. Mix millet with 4 cups of cold water and boil for 30 minutes.
Mix in with cabbage, Vegeta and spices. Coriander should have been grounded previously.  Baste the tray with oil and stack crust, cabbage and millet alternately. Every crust should be wetted with water containing a few drops of oil. Finish with crust, oil and bake in pre-heated oven on 170 degrees for 40 minutes. When ready take out of the oven and cover with a damp cloth.
